I’m a therapist that works with individuals (18+) and couples who are seeking support with relationship dynamics, exploration of neurodivergence, identity development, & much more.

I bring a breadth of professional knowledge and lived experience around navigating the intersecting factors of attachment patterns, needs, neurodivergence, trauma, and social conditioning. My approach is flexible to meet the needs of my clients, and therapeutic direction is a collaborative process.

  • Email me (dylan@dylanfishmanpsychotherapy.com) with a brief introduction and description of why you’re seeking therapy. From there, we set-up a free 15-20 minute consultation where I can learn more about you, and you can learn more about me. If you decide you want to work with me, we can schedule your first appointment at the end of the consultation.

  • I am currently only working with individual adults (18+) and couples .

  • Yes, I love working with couples! If you’re interested, please reach out to begin the consultation process.

  • I have an office just outside of downtown Montpelier where I can see clients in person. Alternatively, I’m more than happy to see individual clients virtually through a HIPAA secure telehealth platform. I also work with clients who want to be seen in person some weeks, and virtually other weeks. It’s up to you.

    I only work with couples who are able to attend therapy in person. After several sessions in person we may be able to shift to seeing each other virtually.

  • My rate is $150 per 55 minute session for self-pay clients.

  • I have a limited amount of sliding scale self-pay spots for clients who would otherwise not be able to access therapy. Please inquire for more details.

I don’t have any set parameters, and I encourage you to advocate for what you need. I’m happy to talk you through this over a brief phone call if it’s helpful.   • I wouldn’t describe myself as a specialist. I work with all humans. My strengths as a therapist are around connection, tracking themes, helping people identify the areas of their life where their needs aren’t currently being met, and engaging in healthy challenges/conflict.
